First of all, corn-gratulations on your engagement! This is an exciting milestone and, while planning a wedding can be stressful, we hope you have some fun with it, too!

In our recipe, the ingredients for a special wedding day include the love of family and friends, some fresh air, good food and drinks, dancing, a few happy tears, a scenic backdrop, and a lot of laughter and memory-making.

Here at the Kelowna Corn Maze wedding venue, you won't find anything too fancy. What you will find is classic farm charm, laid-back vibes, and everything you need for a memorable and beautiful wedding reception without making things too gosh darn complicated.

This day is about the love you share. So let's keep it sweet and simple, let that goodness shine through, and make it an a-maze-ing day to remember!

A down-to-earth, rustic wedding venue in Kelowna

The Kelowna Corn Maze is an outdoor wedding reception venue conveniently located on Valley Road, in the Glenmore neighbourhood. There's no need to leave the city for your picture-perfect farm wedding! If you're looking for a wedding location that is charming, convenient, and affordable, read on.

WEDDING PACKAGE DETAILS

Kelowna Corn Maze Wedding Package cost: $5,000 + tax

First season special:

This year only, book your event for $4,500 + tax

​

The package includes access to the wedding reception venue site the day prior for set-up from noon until 8 pm, and the day after your event until noon for takedown.

​

We will ask for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder due one week before your event. As we only have the capacity for 10 events per year, we would appreciate plenty of notice if you are unable to proceed with your scheduled event.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The Kelowna Corn Maze wedding package includes:

  • Power​​, including extension cords if needed​​

  • Lighting: 3 wagon wheel chandeliers and strands of Edison bulb string lights

  • Fridges: 2 full-size fridges

  • Tables: 15 8' banquet tables seating 8-10 guests each & a long table for catering

  • Chairs: 100 white resin folding chairs

  • Tents: 2 Marquee tents

  • White table cloths for tables as well as a floor-length cloth for DJ table

  • Parking for 50-60 cars and parking signage

  • Bar with shelving

  • Sink with cold running water

  • Port-a-potties: 2 on-site with a wash station

  • Venue contact from KCM available throughout your event

  • Propane fire pit and benches (when allowed)

  • A corn-tastic backdrop for photographs!

Note: This venue is entirely outdoors with two large, Marquee tents for coverage. There is no access to indoor space.

FOOD & DRINK

Options for catering and liquor licenses

Catering​

Although we do not include catering in our rental, we do have a caterer we are happy to work with if you need assistance. Otherwise, we have plenty of power for catering warming devices or fridges, a farm sink with cold running water, and shelving.

Liquor

If your event offers any beer, wine or spirits, you will be responsible for securing a liquor license for the premises. We require that you secure extra insurance for your event. We are happy to help you with this if needed!

The location is unbeatable;  just a short taxi from guest’s hotels and downtown afterparty options, yet private enough to make you feel like you’re on a ranch in the middle of nowhere. All the “hard stuff” was taken care of: matching tables, chairs, and tents were already assembled, and we had access to the venue on Friday to set up and Sunday to tear down. The corn was a stunning natural back drop against the white tents and really gave that WOW factor. This is such an iconic Okanagan venue - One that your guests will surely never forget!
